I put Samy up in his special place on top of the Freebox and on a shelf that is completely inaccessible without my help. Anyways got to remember to check on him because he makes no sounds

I’m starting to have a new relationship with Samy, he’s began a new routine of settling in on my pillow next to me and waiting to be tucked in under the covers. Because he’s a little independent man his front leg must be over the blanket

Samy crawled into the cupboard in the bedroom, as he normally does. I closed the door for him, as I normally do. He got up, went to let himself out and decided “nah” before going to sleep. Anyways I’m jealous because insomnia 🫶

Trying to feed Samy pills is literally the hardest thing ever, but here he is now able to open his mouth wide because the antibiotics and his dental work are doing the job

As if Samy didn’t hate me enough already, he has to have antibiotics for five days, two pills a day. The manual method I hurt him while trying to keep his head still, to make up for it I gave him pill laced meat, he figured it out the first two times, the last time he did not

There is no métro between us either, but honestly, taking Samy on one if there was would just be traumatising for him

Samy has started this new habit of jumping on my laptop and scratching. Not an issue when it is closed, not a fucking great sound when its open

I’ve been in bed just living my life feeling a bit down that I’m not being productive like I planned today, but then again Samy is sleeping at my feet so voilà

Anyways, Samy has taken up residence under the covers on the sofa which is not a usual thing for him. He requires his autonomy to escape, and being covered by things hinders his ability to vanish at speed

A whole pillow, a jacket, Samy sleeps in his comfort domain

I’m trying to give Samy time to explore and understand snow for cat science. He’s not so sure about this just yet

For the record this power move of leaving his turds in the open air is foiled by the automatic litter box or Samy’s OCD, which ever triggers first

Samy has been awake with me all night, I was hoping he’d be too tired to fight the brush, but I was wrong

Samy is transfixed with his dinner plate eyes looking through the door and I’m honestly now terrified the scratching in the walls isn’t rats

Samy is discovering the concept of a fan and now I have a cat scientist

Samy is just going to go where he wants to go

Samy joined me in bed, came for a little snuggle, then used me as a stable surface to jam his foot up so he could clean himself.
